I’m Godson Charnor, a technology leader committed to using digital tools to solve real problems. As the Co-founder and CEO of EITSEC Technologies Ltd, I guide a team that designs and implements digital solutions aimed at improving access to education, strengthening public service delivery, and driving inclusive innovation in underserved communities. My journey into tech didn’t begin in a boardroom, it started in the classroom and on the ground. I’ve worked as a teacher, collected community-level data, and supported grassroots initiatives, all of which shaped my understanding of how systems work and where they fail. Over the past decade, I’ve built on that foundation to lead projects across multiple sectors and scales. At EITSEC, I oversee software development, IT consulting, cybersecurity architecture, cloud and server infrastructure management, and enterprise systems deployment. We’ve worked with startups, government agencies, NGOs, and SMEs to develop custom platforms, migrate critical services to the cloud, strengthen data protection, and optimize IT infrastructure.
Beyond engineering solutions, I’m also engaged in tech policy and advocacy. I’ve contributed to national frameworks for cybersecurity awareness and digital literacy, served as a digital inclusion consultant, and facilitated workshops and research efforts that informed public-sector digital transformation. I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams on national assignments, including research into youth innovation ecosystems, program monitoring and evaluation, and policy implementation analysis.
I care deeply about building local capacity. I’ve mentored students, startups, and young professionals in areas like programming, digital safety, civic tech, and social entrepreneurship. Through partnerships with youth networks, nonprofits, and government institutions, I’ve helped promote responsible innovation and community-centered technology. My focus is always on practical impact. Whether it’s designing secure, user-friendly systems, advising institutions on IT strategy, or helping shape digital inclusion efforts, I bring a systems-thinking approach rooted in empathy, efficiency, and long-term value.
