Fellowship Experience
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in fellowship programs that have shaped my leadership, deepened my expertise, and broadened my impact in technology, policy, and community development. These experiences connected me with thought leaders across Africa and beyond—through research, dialogue, and practical initiatives focused on building an inclusive and resilient digital future.
Ghana Tech Policy Fellowship – University of Ghana, School of Law and GIZ Ghana (2025)
This fellowship supports professionals working to shape Ghana’s technology policy landscape. As a fellow, I contributed to research, policy development, and stakeholder engagements centered on digital governance, cybersecurity, and digital inclusion. The program fosters collaboration between government, civil society, and the tech ecosystem to promote a secure and rights-respecting digital environment in Ghana.
GHANASIG Fellowship – Ghana School on Internet Governance (2021)
The GHANASIG Fellowship provided a strong foundation in internet governance, digital rights, cybersecurity, data protection, and multi-stakeholder policy approaches. I engaged in key discussions around internet regulation both in Ghana and on the global stage, advocating for inclusive and ethical internet governance.
YALI Fellowship – Young African Leaders Initiative, GIMPA (2016)
Selected under the Leadership and Entrepreneurship track of the YALI Regional Leadership Center at GIMPA, this U.S. government-sponsored fellowship offered intensive training in leadership, civic engagement, and business strategy. It reinforced my commitment to values-based leadership and developing practical solutions for local challenges.
